AMC Membership Application

To become an AMC member, fill out the form on this page and then pay your member dues through Paypal. If you do not complete the payment process, your application will not be submitted. A $1 fee for Yearly memberships, and a $5 fee for Lifetime memberships has been added to cover online payment costs.

Membership dues for those renewing their memberships are payable in January. New members may join at any time. Joining after September 1st confers membership to the following year.

To sign up for our Morel forays in April you must be a member by March 1st!

    Please note that AMC is an all volunteer organization and it could take several days before you are sent your membership materials. If you have not been emailed after 5 days, please contact us.

You will receive your Newsletter, Foray Schedule and all AMC club info at the email address entered on the application, so make sure that you enter a valid email address.
Members can receive one complimentary personal AMC name badge. Choose below if you want a name badge.

Signing our liability release is a requirement for membership, so read it carefully.
